I wanted to create an original canvas tote bag to sell in both physical stores and online shops.
I already had a basic concept image, but I wasn’t sure about the right canvas thickness or bag proportions, so I asked for professional advice.
Our Process
We started by having several interviews to clearly understand the brand image and usage scene the client envisioned.
After defining the direction, we recommended using 12oz 100% cotton canvas for durability and structure, with a hidden magnetic closure to enhance usability.
Once the image became more concrete, we created a sample and made several adjustments to the handle length, color tone, and logo print ratio.
The bulk production was completed at our Sunteam factory in Bangladesh, equipped with automated sewing machines and a strict quality control system to ensure every tote remained neat and sturdy.
The whole process, from sample development to final shipment, took about 45 days.
